ピンキー・ギラムのニア・ミント状態のロッドを目の当たりにするなんて思いもよりませんでした。ロッドをつないでアクションも見せていただきましたが、繊細さを持ちながらも大陸弾道弾を打てるようなロッドです。アメリカ人が好きなのもわかります。おそらくオービスのウェスジョーダンも、トム・マクスウェルも、このアクションに相当な影響を受けたのではないかと勝手に思い込みました。一本筋の通った、凛としたロッド、さすがです。仕事はフェルールやリールシートのおしり部分にピン打ちがされるなどとても丁寧で、バーニッシュも息を呑むほど美しいものです。本物は歴史を語ります。そしてたくさんのことを教えてくれます。しかし悦に入ったご主人の顔を見てください。こちらまで幸せになります。

Ok that sounds fine! I understand why Wes Jordan made his special rod with double
impregnation when he came back from his long vacation.Pinky had been in charge of
Orvis operation while Wes was away. I was also impressed that Tom Maxwell was
strongly influenced by Gillum rod. I felt the same backbone that I see in Maxwell
Leonard. This is truly a well made rod. His work is superb in every detail, and his
varnish took my breath away. Thank youHirano-san. It is always good to see and
touch authentic legendary rods. They will tell you the history then. We will always
